Please ensure that you have the following before filling out your application online:
- Your seven digit UBC employee number
- Your CWL username and password
- A colour digital photo meeting UBCcard program specifications

Picking up your UBCcard:
We care about the health and safety of our staff and the UBC Community and have developed a safe and quick pick up process! Once your card is ready, an email will be sent with pick up location.
*Individuals who request a physical UBC card with their application and fail to pick it up (past 1 year) will have their card returned to de-active status and subsequently destroyed. If a replacement card is needed under these circumstances, a replacement fee will apply.
